Return and Cancellation
We have a 24Hrs Return policy, which means you have 24 Hrs from the date of delivery to register an order return. Return window will be automatically closed after 24Hrs. We also require the Unboxing video as proof of return request.
Return Process :

Step 1. Click on the RETURNS option , enter the requested details and attach the unboxing video.

Step 2. Our team will validate & approve your return based on the circumstances.

Step 3. You can send the goods to the address shared by our team when the return is approved.

Step 4. Our team will quality check the products and initiate refunds within 24Hrs.
Refund Terms: Please note, a gift coupon (Store Credit) is given instead of monetary refund. The cost of reverse shipping will be borne by the customer. The store credit will be issued after the product is delivered back to us. Please note that there will be no partly deduction for damaged goods (i.e. - the entire product value of the damaged product will be refunded as a gift coupon)
Cancellation Policy: We do not have order cancellations after the payment is made or the order is shipped. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders.
